Depicted along the center diagonal, Peter describes the hybrid as a person or team with unique "bipartisan" communication skills.  These people are technically competent and are comfortable communicating with both the business and IT communities resulting in their acceptance.

CGC provides such a "hybrid" team.  The company's staff have diverse backgrounds in both private industry and consulting, but more importantly, offer a balanced perspective encompassing finance, operations and information technology.  As a result of their long-term working relationship, they are able to navigate between the axis to arrive at the solution that best fits the unique environment of each client.  

Typically, our objective is to deliver critical information to the business community by applying the power of IT.  We recognize the requirement that information must be timely and the delivery vehicle cost effective.

In general, our primary focus is on reversing the significant under utilization of the information resources that are readily available within a corporation. We have found that enormous amounts of "corporate knowledge" are contained in an organization’s basic operational data but are not effectively considered or used in the strategic decisions that are made on a regular basis.
