Rapid Due Diligence – We have participated with potential buyers in performing reviews of acquisition candidates under tight time constraints.  Based on feedback from our clients, our work has allowed them to control their acquisition review costs by using the results of our work as a means of focusing their attention and that of their other consultants, attorneys and accountants, on potentially troublesome issues.

Organization & Relationship Consulting – Our experience has shown that the effectiveness of strategies and action plans is dependent on the relationships that exist between the IT community and that of the business.  Further, to the extent that IT has outsourcing and alliance arrangements, management of these relationships with external companies is critical.
