Lou Caron has more than 20 years experience in management consulting services and private industry.  Lou has managed large development teams, comprised of technology and business professionals.  His experience includes assessing and developing business and technology strategies, process redesign and due diligence activities.  He has also been called upon to temporarily fill the chief financial officer position.  He has worked with clients in the insurance, financial services, high technology, manufacturing and telecommunications industries based in the U.S., Canada and South America.  Lou received B.A. degrees in economics/accounting and mathematics from Claremont McKenna College and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.  He is member of the California Society of CPAs and the AICPA.

Harvey Goodman has more than 30 years experience in the design, development and implementation of advanced software systems for financial, energy, manufacturing, space, military, telecommunications, and transportation projects.  His experience includes designing, developing and implementing decision support systems, using leading-edge technology such as artificial intelligence and expert systems.  Harvey also has extensive project management and development experience in database systems, simulation and modeling and interactive graphics.  He has also been called upon to temporarily fill the chief technology officer position.  He received his B.A. in physics from Temple University and has conducted technology seminars throughout the world.

Stan Lopata  is a former insurance and HR professional that now utilizes prior industry and vocational experience as an executive search consultant. His primary focus is in the insurance, managed health care and workers compensation sectors for individual contributors through C-level executives. He have extensive operational and marketing experience in these same sectors. He received his BA in Personnel management & economics from the University of Michigan. John Wendel has more than 20 years experience in the design, development and implementation of advanced software systems for financial, insurance and telecommunications projects. His experience includes both project management and technical development in research-oriented projects, customer service support systems and operating systems.He has extensive experience in database systems, object-oriented systems and interactive graphics.  John received his B.S. in computer science from Purdue University.

Ron Connal has 25 years of extensive systems analysis and design experience with the recent primary focus on web-base GUI design and implementation. Application areas include inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, handheld application generator front-end design and real-time transaction processing with workstation networks, radio frequency systems or batch handheld computers, image management systems, video conferencing, title & escrow services and insurance/financial applications.  Ron received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Center for Efficiency and Management at the University of Antwerp and a B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Joseph Kennes College (Antwerp).
